"Cleaning staff emptied trash once, didnt vacuum and left our door open from 3pm until we found it about 630pm that evening. The desk staff didn't seem to care when I reported it. The photos of the rooms are not very revealing of the actual room. I reserved the Bertram with a Queen bed and when we walked in there was just enough room to walk as long as you didn't try to pass the other person in the room. VERY costly for what you actually receive."

"This is our second time staying at the harbor Inn. We love the convenience of the hotel as well as the rooms. The hotel is lacking in the in-room amenities, but that gets over shadowed by the overall great experience."
