"I've had nothing but excellent experiences at Holiday Inn lately -- we especially liked this location just steps from Hermosa Beach. Very comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, clean spacious room. "
"SW Beach Hotel was a welcomed surprise! Wonderful cottage feel as all rooms were decorated uniquely. Roof top terrace was so cool!! The staff was extremely helpful and allowed us to store our luggage in room while still preparing it. We said it many times while there "we're definitely coming back here!""

"2nd floor does get loud because of the bars around. But the hostel has free ear plugs. Hermosa Beach is so close which is awesome. Hostel has events every night if people wanted to participate which is nice."

"Very quiet, very comfortable, very clean. The room was great. The site gave an option to pay a fee for daily breakfast, but no one seemed to know about it or what it entailed. Odd. People at the front desk did not know and were surprised when I asked about it. However, the people behind the bar who ordered the food and brought it out were extremely accommodating and kind."
"From the outside looks like a 1970s era hotel but my room was like a luxury apartment - living room, kitchen, bath, and bedroom. Must have been newly renovated. Surrounding area ok but 15-20 min walk through high dollar neighborhoods and you are on the beach. Great place to escape $500/night hotels on the weekends esp. for those that like to walk or bike."
"The rooms and common areas are beautifully decorated. Everything is clean, bright and comfortable. Bonus that it’s a smaller hotel so it’s not a long walk to your car or the pool. The beach is not as close as I thought, but it’s also not terribly far & parking is relatively easy to find. The location is great, near shops and restaurants and even the airport. I’d definitely stay again."
