"Everything"

"The most disappointing part was the staff at the front desk. They were not particularly helpful, nor were they empathetic at all. When questions were posed to them they simply said they did not know taking no initiative to help at all because they clearly did not care. Also the parking situation was in a public lot and they didn’t even validate. Overall, meh."

"The hotel needs to be updated. The room was old and outdated. The whole hotel had a funny smell. Noisy ac unit. The shower water leaked onto the bathroom floor."

"I was given a room key to a room that wasn’t turned over (towels on the bed and floor of the bathroom). Then we were given keys to a new room. There was a used bandaid on the lamp. The room wasn’t cooling down well either."

"I was at the hotel for my son’s soccer tournament and we were very pleased with the property. Clean, quiet, comfortable. The only thing I missed was an ice machine, specially since we were in and out of soccer games it’d have been very useful."

"Construction going on while here. Pool closed. Looking out the window was debris everywhere ex looks like beds thrown out windows. Breakfast was very limited and not great. Parking was limited due to storage containers everywhere. Room did smell like bleach when entering to that was reassuring."

"Room wasn’t ready at 4:00 PM checkout time. We were tired from long drive and had to attend function at 6:00 and staff wasn’t ready to give alternate room. Had to wait. Also, retained $20 for incidental but didn’t explain. "

"The Ruby Tuesdays that is connected needed a deep cleaning. Multiple tables were sticky, wouldn't be surprised if the rags used to clean the tables also cleaned the carpet that has probably been there for a while. Also had a distict smell, that was not great."

"Only stayed for one night. The room was very clean and the bathroom was spotless. Trying to actually get to the property was tricky."

"Just an absolutely terrible experience. Front desk was extremely unprofessional. We reserved a room for two nights. We were coming down to go to a family gathering. On the day we were to arrive, I got sick. I spent the night in the hospital about one hour north of East Brunswick. My wife's called the hotel and specifically told then we were not going to make it in and also let them know that we did not want to give up our reservation and we intended to be there for the second night. "Upon arrival there was a strong sewage/mildewy odor. We actually considered leaving. We left the room for a period of time and the smell was gone. Until the morning. We noticed the sink was linking after usage and the floor was soaked. And the smell was back 10 fold. Staff was receptive to the notification of the leak/smell but I don’t think I’d stay here again."
