"Best trip ever nice hotel"

"The most disappointing part was the staff at the front desk. They were not particularly helpful, nor were they empathetic at all. When questions were posed to them they simply said they did not know taking no initiative to help at all because they clearly did not care. Also the parking situation was in a public lot and they didn’t even validate. Overall, meh."

"Construction going on while here. Pool closed. Looking out the window was debris everywhere ex looks like beds thrown out windows. Breakfast was very limited and not great. Parking was limited due to storage containers everywhere. Room did smell like bleach when entering to that was reassuring."

"Just an absolutely terrible experience. Front desk was extremely unprofessional. We reserved a room for two nights. We were coming down to go to a family gathering. On the day we were to arrive, I got sick. I spent the night in the hospital about one hour north of East Brunswick. My wife's called the hotel and specifically told then we were not going to make it in and also let them know that we did not want to give up our reservation and we intended to be there for the second night. "Clean room"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel the room could have been cleaner the sheets were hanging outside the blankets as if they weren’t changed! (One bed) breakfast was amazing, staff was courteous because our stay was short we didn’t complain."

"The elevators didn't work most of the time ! Two of the four didn't work at all. Neither of the two that did work some of the time would stop at my flor ( the 9th ), until I checked out today. We used the freight elevator the get dow, as my wife has a bad knee, and we are in our late 60's. Being on the 9th floor made the stairs a none factor."

"The room we booked was NOTHING like the description on the site. One king bed and one pull out sofa that was supposed to be a full, however it was a twin. Couldn’t walk through the room with the pull out open. Room too small for one adult and one child and it was advertised to fit 4 people. Expedia online staff were difficult to deal with, couldn’t get a refund, couldn’t switch rooms and couldn’t change hotels. Absolutely horrendous customer service"
