"I am a Hilton rewards member and booked my daughter and her friend a room and when the arrived the AC was not working and the front desk attendant said the manager was not there. He provided the managers business card and told us maintenance was not on duty on the weekend. It was 77 degrees in Charlotte when I arrived the room was 77 degrees as well. He offered a box fan. He also stated that they were totally booked and the nearest hotel with availability was 30 minutes away which was not an...

"Hotel was OK at best, staff is extremely friendly but rooms are very dated and questionably cleaned. Lamp didn’t work in my room, and the room had what could best be described as a film over it. Wasn’t dirty, but also wasn’t clean by any means. "

"Breakfast was fresh but areas weren’t kept clean enough for future visitors. I.e. spills wiped up, super clean, clean tables. This needs attention especially on busy weekends. "

" I checked in on Friday, April 17, 2026. When I got to my room, room 103, I found that the television wouldn’t come on and there was what appeared to be a hole in the chair in the room. The staff came and fixed the television. Later that night when I went to bed I discovered the mattress had a divot in it causing the mattress to be slanted. Sleep was uncomfortable. I asked staff for another room on Saturday and was told the hotel was full. Later I went to the ice machine and it was disgusting....
