Reconciling the cost of taxes on the Expedia application and the hotel/apartments would make BLR Villas Dover Beach a 10--location, cleanliness, and price. When the Longitudinal Ph.D. dissertation writer was homeless (20251216-several days) and thirsty, BLR Villas extended water (free of charge) and allowed the previous renter to use the internet (to attempt to get proper Expedia refunds/reduce homelessness). During our visit, the hotel was undergoing construction, which slightly affected our first impression. We stayed in the Honeymoon Suite, their newest room, but unfortunately, a few of the utilities weren’t working properly
Overall, it’s a very nice hotel, though I find the room and their restaurant prices to be somewhat overpriced."

"Second time staying at this hotel, it was worth repeating!
We have had a wonderful stay at Dover Beach Hotel.
The hotel is right on the beach and has a friendly authentic feel to it.
In a great position looking out to sea yet close to the bus stop to get around the island.
Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Breakfast is wonderful.
Fabulous place to watch the sunrise and sunset.

"staff was amazing , they went out thier way to make a personal and not only know your name and room number but also your favors such as drinks snacks and more. breakfast lunch dinners at buffet was also good and varies in food options. rooms are clean and fresh. pool area and beach area and lounging area also clean . it was my daughter and my birthday and the simple things done such as a little cake checking up on us and just saying happy birthday was so special and appreciated when they went out the way without being told. staff kept checking up on us and all guest. such beautiful people such a beautiful place. this way my first time there but will not be my last time. love it so much didn't want to leave ."
