"Property was nice, if you’re looking to have direct beach access, I wouldn’t recommend staying here as the water isn’t calm nor swimmable. I’d recommend staying near west coast of island or near Carlisle bay. I don’t feel like the hotel was kid friendly and because of that, I will not be returning as I travel with my children. Guests had complaints of kids playing at the pool, where management had to be involved and they favored the guest who had the issue with the kids. "

"Beside the property needing major updates in a little bit more cleaning I feel like this is a perfect location. Everything is a 3 to 10 minute walk, depending on what you want to do so I would say the location in the staff at this property was amazing."

"The staff was AMAZING at this property. Initially there were a few hiccups, which I did have to take off one star for. Initially, our room did not have elevator access, which the staff promptly addressed and fixed. Upon moving rooms, the complimentary wine and separated beds were not provided.
