We kept checking back every hour or so and apparently they were still cleaning the room and then waiting for someone to come in and verify the job was done. "The whole unit was clean and accommodating. The only negative thing I would say would be the bedding. Very basic and had very lumpy comforter. Wasn’t the best sleep. Expected a little bit more quality at that price point. Other than that, great spot."

"Nice hotel in a great location. Easy walks to Old Montreal, waterfront, St Catherine's st, or downtown. Grocery store (IGA) and shopping mall with food court 5 min walk as are lots of restaurants. Room was large and VERY quiet. Beds were nice, slept well here. Breakfast was good. No hot eggs, sausage etc but the baked goods were of high quality ( croissants, bagels, bread) and the coffee was from a high end espresso machine. No complaints, we'd stay here again."

"This beautiful old house was near Bell Centre and the Metro. A perfect location for getting to a Habs game or touring around the city. We called the staff when our plane arrived early and they opened the door to allow us to store our luggage because the front desk is not open until 4pm. The rooms are warm and the bathrooms very intimate. The tub was very relaxing after long days walking around Montreal. There is a kitchen for coffee and a relaxing deck to share with the other guests."
