"The staff at Home 2Suites in Jacksonville NC were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean and very spacious. Location was near all stores and restaurants. We were visiting family here for Easter and we will definitely stay here again! Would definitely recommend it!"

The pull out couch was convenient however when the cushions were pulled off there was dirt/crumbs as well as 3 small plastic bags that had a small amount of white crystal like powder in them. The blanket/cover was dirty. When I brought to the attention of the man at the counter he didn’t seem to care. And brushed it off. I had children with me. "Parking is safe and easy they do require. If you have more than vehicle they ask your license plate numbers and require ids for all adults in room who have vehicle that will be parked there."
