"We had to switch rooms due to AC issues and hotel only had two roller carts in which guest was keeping in their rooms for long periods of time, but overall ,very nice and location was perfect "

"I was met by a friendly staff member, who was very helpful. The room I was given was dirty. The staff member quickly changed my room to a room in the back of this hotel that is on the ground floor. In this area the rooms are all on the ground floor. There were a few problems that are not worth mentioning, but not being able to get the water warm enough to shower was concerning.
