"The staff at Home 2Suites in Jacksonville NC were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean and very spacious. Location was near all stores and restaurants. We were visiting family here for Easter and we will definitely stay here again! Would definitely recommend it!"

The pull out couch was convenient however when the cushions were pulled off there was dirt/crumbs as well as 3 small plastic bags that had a small amount of white crystal like powder in them. "We had to switch rooms due to AC issues and hotel only had two roller carts in which guest was keeping in their rooms for long periods of time, but overall ,very nice and location was perfect "
