"I rarely write reviews, but the service at this hotel was exceptional and deserves recognition. An issue with the booking - not their fault at all - was swiftly and calmly dealt with by a lovely member of staff - unfortunately I didn’t get her name - but she went the extra mile to ensure that I wasn’t disappointed. "I appreciated the staff. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and was very tasty. The room was clean and had the amenities we needed. Clean. Hotel is within walking distance of many things to see in Plymouth. The history of the hotel is quite interesting."
