"The check in was fast and staff very friendly and helpful. Room very clean and organized. Breakfast was ok. English muffins were hard and stale. But other than that it was fine. I woukd stay there again!"

"My husband and I stay here frequently for medical care at MGH. Our trip was made a little more fun by seeing the NE Dance Competitors in the morning! The front desk was exceptional when I arrived, exhausted, from the ED. She was so kind and thoughtful. "

" Clean bedding and towels. The floor could have used an additional sweep/vacuum, and the bathroom drain plug was stuck down, then completely came out when we finally got it up. Comfortable beds although the walls were pretty thing. People in the parking lot sounded like they were right at our door. Overall, the stay was good and would stay again."

"The first room we got smelt like wet dog rotten carpet and old smoke! The staff was very helpful she changed us to another room but that smelt just as bad smelt like old cigarette smoke with wet old carpet! We just stayed there anyways. The only thing good about the place was the staff. "
