The room we stayed in was immaculate, well appointed, and comfortable. The hotel is right across from Artisan's Row and was very convenient to pretty much all of the classic Salem activities. It was perfect for our stay.

Staff upfront was great, housekeeping not so much. Ran out of toilet paper twice and they didn’t reset the room after we placed the reset please tag on the door. Room was great but it’s only upstairs, downstairs was other businesses which gave it a less than appeal to the atmosphere.

It’s more like a self-serviced apartment. I like the location and the modern decor. Place was not cleaned for a number of nights we were there. So more like an Airbnb vs a hotel if you are expecting hotel level house-keeping and cleaning

This property is beautiful. The bed was so incredibly comfortable and we loved our stay! The bathroom was huge and we loved that there were bunk beds for the kids. We wished we could have stayed more than 1 night here! The small kitchen was really nice as well.

We loved the place , it was clean and had every we needed to enjoy our time! Staff were so helpful and friendly, warm welcoming. The location was also a plus , it was right were you needed to be to see all the sights. We will definitely be back.
