"Nous sommes arrivés et l'hôtel était en rénovation, la piscine et le gym pas disponible. Nous n'avons jamais reçu d'avis et nous avons fait la réservation 1 semaine avant la date d'arrivée. Avec 3 enfants, la piscine était un critère numéro 1 dans notre choix. La propreté de la chambre, surtout la salle de bain, était dégueulasse. Les chaises en velours à la salle à dîner, terribles, pleines de tâches. J'ai demandé pour un remboursement complet ou partiel, jamais eu de retour. Bref, nous...

"My shower was cold and the bathroom did not appear to be clean as there was hair everywhere. I would avoid this property in the future. The front desk was usually empty as well so you’re on your own if you need anything to be adjusted."

"The toilet lid was off the toilet and under the sink. The room had an odor and the chair had a stain. I brought this information to the attendant so I would not be blamed for the issues. The bed was awful, the most uncomfortable bed I have ever tried to sleep on. This was not a place for me. On the positive side, it was a very affordable option."

"Excellent location, easy self-checkin, responsive offsite staff. The room was cozy, clean, and included everything I needed. The only issue was noise - I could hear the people who checked-in above me from 5 pm till they finally went to bed a little after midnight. People seem oblivious to how easily impact noise travels in old NE construction. My room was also overlooking the parking lot and noise carried up easily from that."

"Very nice experience. All the staff was on point, specially the Dominican lady in the breakfast area. Didn’t feel overcharged for the breakfast either. I would only complain about how clear the noise from the parking lot outside felt in my room ."

"The pool was clean but un available to enjoy it with my kids the have private swimming class for people the are not event staying at the hotel. That was a horrible experience not be allowed to be in the pool with my kids and that was main reason we choose this hotel for the pool."

"We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is quiet and has a great vibe. It’s a good 15min walk to the main center of city but is a pleasant walk. Met all our needs. Comfortable bed, clean, cute themed room and most importantly it was quiet."

"Loved the old charm of this hotel. The staff is helpful. Some of the items in the hotel could be updated while still keeping the old charm. For example, the door handle on the bathroom was old and ready to fall off and the fixtures and window was very old. Overall, it was a good stay and I'd stay again."
