"Friendly, convenient, comfortable room, lovely breakfast"

"Parking was okay but we couldn't get the car charger to work. Tried 3 if them. Luckily it's a plug in hybrid so we were able to use petrol instead. Room was good. Staff very helpful. Pool nice but full of members of the club so unable to use all the facilities as the members were using them all the time. Bar was nice, food very good. Restaurant excellent."

Amazing walking right from the front door, car did not move for the whole time. The breakfast is the only thing that needs attention… the full English is good quality and well cooked but took 30-40 mins to arrive and on cold plates - easily rectified I hope. "On arrival greeting was disorganised... The room needed some big tlc...bathroom wasnt good.. Breakfast..what can i say..No one to meet us..outside door was open and really cold..so we just sat down..about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged we were there and that was by a staff member that had just walked in.. Looked at breakfast menu..then was told the wrong menu as we were guests..and then started hoovering around us.."
