"Great restaurant"

"Cole greeted us as soon as we walked in. He made check-in easy and pleasant. He makes each guest feel important as he gives us his full attention and shares his desire that we have a wonderful stay. Which we did. The room was immaculate. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was the usual fare, but everything was full and the hot foods were hot. All the staff we interacted with were friendly. We will stay here again the next time we pass through Spokane."

"The room was clean. Breakfast was good with eggs, bacon, pancakes, oatmeal, breads, yogurt, and cereal. There is a nice park across the street and many restaurant options nearby. My only complaint is it's near the railroad tracks and a train came through at 1 am. They do provide earplugs which helped with the noise."

"The room was fine except for the shower having problems and the traffic noise. Breakfast was good. I did find it a bit annoying that there was a sign by check in that said treats for you which were treats for dogs"

"Freshly cleaned rooms everyday with fresh linens. The hotel was lightly dated but obviously well cared for with staff and owners taking good care of it. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and parking was excellent. The free coffee wasn’t just good because it was free coffee it was very high quality as well. I will be coming back."

"The hotel is older and is maintained. The breakfast is a packaged breakfast you need to warm up. Not a lot of variety. Pool is in the hotel next door so had to walk outside to access."

"Just spend an extra $20.00 and go anywhere else. This place was one of the most dirty, grungy hotels I have ever been in. Room was full of dust, floor felt like it had never once been clean and the shower was moldy. I only booked this place because I just needed a place to sleep after a long day of driving, but to be honest, I would have rather slept in my car."

"Stayed one night on our way to another destination. Easy to find. Outdoor area and riverwalk looked amazing, however, it rained while we were there so did not get to enjoy them as we'd hoped. Rooms were clean overall. Some updating has been done."

"Room was clean and quiet. Staff was excellent. We left before breakfast so I can't tell you how it was. But when we checked in, there was hot coffee and popcorn available. I definitely recommend this place if you need lodging near the hospitals."

"Room stunk. Asked for some kind of Deodorizer but they never got it done while we were away from the property for a half day. Can't imagine this issue hasn't come up before now."

"Cute building, but really creaky stairs and the bathtub didn't hold water. Breakfast was tasty enough but less than we were expecting. Otherwise the room was clean and no major complaints about the stay"

"The neighbors we had during our stay wasn’t not quite, music blaring until 1230 and had to call the front desk. The next morning we decided to mention something again. After we called about our “deposit” for the room we had to put down even though it was completely payed for already, the front desk continued to say that there were no complaints at all from when our stay was. Which isn’t true I have to call log on my phone still."
