The staff routinely greeted and talked to guests with smiles and happy dispositions. This occurred on elevators, front desk, cleaning staff in hallways, and especially the extremely cheerful and outgoing woman in the breakfast room. This aspect was amazing, the best we’ve ever experienced at any hotel. Kudos to the manager for hiring and training such wonderful staff
On the downside , the free internet was VERY slow, the third Hilton property we’ve been at in the last two weeks that has been that way.
We are HHonors members, and all three Hilton properties acknowledged that on checkin, but only 1 of the 3 gave us the password for enhanced WiFi that HHonors members get for free. I had to call the front desk and ask for it at the second place, but forgot to do that this Hilton property. So, I put up with the very slow internet (e.g., 30 seconds to pull up eac email, 3 minutes to download a small document)
