"Nice rooms"

"We were looking for a last minute room and this place was cheap. We were hesitant but past reviews suggested otherwise. They were correct. It was a simple place in a great location. We enjoyed the hot tub. The breakfast was very basic but they offered a hot meal from Denny’s which was a great option. We would highly recommend if you are looking a cheap and clean location."

"You get what you pay for. Reminder this is a budget hotel. However, despite other reviews, staff were really helpful. They answered questions and made sure everyone was satisfied. I will say the hotel was fairly nice for the price. Floors could really use a deep clean, as we had to wear shoes everywhere in our room due to the floors making our feet turn black. "Booked 3 rooms with 2 queen size beds. All 3 rooms have musky smell. Bathrooms are missing shower gel. One room with broken window blind. One room was missing coffee maker and dirty (un-vacuumed) carpet upon checked in. Despite addressing problems to staff (who was nice and friendly), none was fixed."

"We liked the smaller size. It was busy sometimes but never chaotic. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of variety to please every family member. We also liked that the hotel had a elevator. It made it easier on my 85 YO Mom.we did not use the hot tube or pool so we don't have a response on them. The staff was great! "This hotel is in a busy area. Lots of street traffic and parking could be an issue if arriving late. Good value, but if you are looking for a quiet stay, you may want to look at another neighborhood."

"Although the room had been "cleaned" it smelled of stale cigarette smoke and dirty carpet. It was a no smoking room. The door knob on the inside of the bathroom was falling off, so you couldn't close the door. The faucet in the sink in the room was dripping, the only chair was dirty, and the upholstery was so worn there were holes in it. We did not stay. We forfeited our payment and left."

"My main complaint had to do with the bathroom in my room. I discovered the toilet wouldn’t flush after urinating in it; and the sink wouldn’t drain without holding the drain stopper up. Parking was easy, staff was helpful, and breakfast was better than most."

"Room was very nice and comfortable. Appreciated the temprepedic mattress topper. Also, slow clap and extra stars for supplying 3 pillows per person and 3 types of pillow. Well done.
