"No parking avaliable. Paid £28 for parking. More expensive than London. Breakfast was too expensive "

"Clean room, great extras in the room & a really good breakfast. My only issue was that I could hear people talking in the room next to me until they went to sleep, which was at 1:30am, so the soundproofing is a bit of an issue. "

"Shower cubicle was dirty glass covered in soap scum. Bin didn't have a bin liner and had mouldy remnants of rubbish in the bottom. Booked for 2 guests only 1 towel and no hand towel."

"The room was clean and facilities were good. We paid for a deluxe double and ended up with a family accessible which wasn’t an issue at all just surprising as there was 2 of us. Overall good stay though and great location as only 5 min walk to Cabot Circus and so close to old city."

"Breakfast menu was freshly cooked with a small but varied buffet which included yogurt fresh fruit cereals toast and pastries. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean with good storage and a good size fridge. Comfy bed too. Only minor feedback was that hairdryer was not great and needed replacing "

"Central location for a visit to Bristol, however on a very busy main road above a pub so very noisy. room was very small but well equipped and clean. The mattress sagged in the middle so was not a comfortable night. We had trouble getting into the room as instruction omitted to say put the palm of your hand on key pad to activate. Seems as though other guests had the same problem as there was a lot of commotion to be heard at night. I am a frequent visitor to Bristol but will not stay here again"
