"We found this room disappointing and not worth the price of the room. It was very dark, not particularly clean and very basic. I would say the bathroom is fine! We did request another room, however we were asked to pay more to move. The breakfast wasn’t great, and we both left the majority of the hot food. I would put it on par with a travelodge. "The room was clean and self check-in was easy and as described in the mail. Bearing in mind the low price this is as expected. The only issue is that the property is signed 'Bridgewater Farm', not 'Bridge Farm'. There is a Bridge Farm down a small lane 5 minutes away so it took some time to find."

"This place has been transformed from a house into a 10 room guest house but with virtually no health and safety measures in place or faulty/unusable ones. The rooms, themselves, are ok but small but, again, no PAT Testing done, no fire exits highlighted etc. The showers are filthy and poorly maintained (more water comes out of the hose than reaches the head). All in all avoid at all costs. Fire doors are wedged open and the only fire blanket is very high up."

"Staff friendly and helpful on Check in , the rooms and bathrooms definitely need updating which didn’t include breakfast so was quite steep for one night . No air con so it was really hot in the rooms . It was a good location , no complaints there but I think the room fee was too much considering how much they need modernising ."

"Lovely property in the middle of the city centre - and yet very calm and quiet. Room was excellent, with AC and space and nicely, easily decorated, ample power sockets placed in the correct place. . Breakfast is easy - buffet style and menu for hot items.. All very good - will stay again ."

Shower head limescale / calcium build up. Dusty window shutters and lamps. Bathroom with small sink made it difficult to use without getting water on floor. Too many friction points to make this stay enjoyable. Would not recommend or return to."
