"The room was cosey, quiet and peaceful. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and efficient. The shower screen was leaky but nothing a towel didn't mop up and the espresso cups were dirty but just cleaned them ourselves "

Only 1 thing still to be resolved, was I paid for the hotel,Parking and Pet separately with clear request for separate invoices, as I paid everything on arrival and make the request in advance before I arrived and at check in. yet when I checked out they had put everything onto one invoice. Apparently would have take time to resolve but I couldn’t wait. They said they would email-l it to me. But still not received and also reported...

"We were given an upgraded room when our heater in the first room clearly didn’t work. Very comfortable bed "

"Such a beautiful apartment with everything you need for your stay. Very clean and welcoming, in a quiet area. The apartment is light, bright and airy. The communication is spot on and even though the apartments dont have a reception area, it only takes a phone call to address your questions. I highly recommended and will definitely be coming back. Yes, big tick from me."
