"Parking was an additional bonus. Polite helpful staff. Clean room but black out curtain needs replacing as at some point a glass of red wine had been thrown over it. "

"Central location for a visit to Bristol, however on a very busy main road above a pub so very noisy. room was very small but well equipped and clean. The mattress sagged in the middle so was not a comfortable night. We had trouble getting into the room as instruction omitted to say put the palm of your hand on key pad to activate. Seems as though other guests had the same problem as there was a lot of commotion to be heard at night. I am a frequent visitor to Bristol but will not stay here again"

"Easy 10-15 min walk from the bus station. Sits beside a nice park. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Biscuits in room were delicious!"
