A good breakfast, competent and friendly staff and a comfortable room. I don’t get to bed until 0600, hoping for four hours sleep. It was not to be as housekeeping decided to come into the room at 0900, as they also did with my friend in another room.
Happy hour lounge employees were particularly friendly and did a great job. Happy hour was a nice perk with a good choice of snacks— enough for a light meal. Front desk staff were also professional and courteous. Ideal location.
Location was very convenient- staff was very accommodating- beds were very comfortable.

The rooms were a nice size, bed was a bit squeaky
The breakfast was really nice buffet, location is really nice- staff were friendly- just left standing at breakfast as tables were not really cleaned up quick enough, no cutlery laid and nobody offering coffee- or at least telling us where to get one- as we ended up walking to the counter and asking.
But these are just some points for your Staffa be managers to think on.
Otherwise it was a lovely hotel and food. And would come again.
