"Room was not very clean and needed some updating. Pillows were awful. Like couch pillows shoved into a pillow case. Room had a smell also."

"Room was very dark, wife also complained about the lack of lights in the bathroom for doing her makeup. Luggage rack was missing one bolt and collapsed while being used. Just need some attention. Staff was great and location was good for access to shopping and where we needed to go."

"Check in was easy. Room was clean, comfortable and nice and quiet. The bed was a little too soft for my liking. The property was a nice treat with a pond and animals. Would stay here again. "

"The A/C made the room feel sticky and humid, no proper ventilation in my opinion, it was basically a fan attached to the side of the wall, could tell it was old because every time it came on it released a weird smell, also the pillows were not that comfortable, very bland, no neck support, made sleeping pretty rough…but other than that everything else was great"

"Bed smell bad, sheets where not clean had to get new sheets and had to change them myself, the front desk was not welcoming at all, property was very dirty, the bathroom was even dirty, the too. Smell humid."

"The they/them that was working the front desk upon arrival was not welcoming or helpful with an attitude problem. The door on the room didn't want to latch when closing. You would literally have to SLAM the door to get it to securely latch. The restroom door was the same. The bed was decent and the breakfast was good."

"I was amazed at how beautiful this hotel is. The location is nice and in a parking lot with several restaurants- also across the highway from Buc-ees. My suite was amazing! I could not figure out the thermostat and reached out to the front desk and they helped immediately. I did have some trouble with the TVs, but that didn't bother me too much. The breakfast options were great, and the waffles, in the shape of Texas, were both fun and tasted delicious. All staff were so helpful and kind. I...
