"The hotel is nice. But the rooms felt dirty"

"Everything that was needed worked perfectly. 2 AC units was nice to keep it cool. Bed was comfortable the shower was really nice. The only thing we didn't like that one needs watch out for is the artwork. There was one with nudity. Other than that it was wonderful"

"The breakfast was ok, we decided to skip it, the elevator didn’t work one morning so we had to bring our stuff down from the fourth floor. We didn’t get the room cleaned nor new towels, when I asked for them they told me to go down to get them. Not impressed."

"The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious, which I liked. However, the room had such a musty damp odor in it. the rug appeared to be most or wet. Once I would step onto the marble or tiled flooring; it would be slippery. The breakfast was mediocre; needs more variety. The breakfast menu should take into consideration certain allergies, or possible digestive issues (e.g., IBS, gluten issues etc). The eggs that were cooked, it either had cheese, or peppers in them; two foods that...

"Can’t wait to stay here again!"

"The first room i was given had a broken toilet seat. The door of the second room was not properly aligned to the frame as light shines through 0n the side of the door. Breakfast was very unimpressive. I didn’t expect a 4 star experience but I doubt that I will use a Wyndom facility in the future."

"Can’t ask for much more from a hotel. Great staff, pool was nice and clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Tv was great and the remote was actually easy to use (netflix available). It’s also in a great, clean area. Just a few minutes away from several restaurants, bars, coffee spots, etc. And if you have kids, there’s a great park and water park right down the road. Urban air is just a couple minutes away too."

"When we arrived our Expedia reservation had not transferred over to the hotel. The staff kept saying it was a computer issue on their end. They had us wait for 15 min before they told us they had no clue how long it would take. We had somewhere to be and needed to shower and get ready. They were rude and less than helpful. Never again."

"We stayed for 4 days and 4 night. The whole time we asked for the trash and fresh towels daily. And not once did housekeeping pick up our trash. And the only young black man that worked nights was any help. He was always polite and he would give us fresh towels. Other than trash not being picked up or not getting fresh towels. That was okay."
