"No air conditioning in the property (was told that it would come on the second day of our trip, but it didn’t at all) forcing us to leave the window open all night to try and cool the room down. The street outside was busy and noisy all night Śwęitęk kept us awake with sirens from police and things like that going off every 10 minutes. The area around the hotel is also full of undesirable people which feels unsafe later in the evening from about 7 pm so walking home feel a little bit dangerous…...

The hotelier gave us an access code by email to enter the building after reception had closed (we arrived in the middle of the night as our flight was delayed) but the keypad outside the front door did not work, even after multiple attempts. The phone number provided on the door also went straight to a message bank. Expedia assisted with calling the hotelier on my behalf but the hotelier only spoke French and merely reiterated the access code. Had we not...
