"I arrived and required change to pay my taxi, staff changed €100 note for me, later gave me directions to a local bank so I could refill my wallet. Even though the hotel is near the train station the hotel is very very quiet, one of the best sleeps I have ever had. Make sure to set your alarm as you will oversleep if you don’t. "

"Stay over the night when traveling home. Room was clean, but no aircondition or just a regular fan, was warm outside. Nothing broken, but need to upgrade the look on the rooms. Refrigerator in the room broken - big plus and thank you to the receptionists and kitchen staff for helping me with my issue as I needed to keep some things cold, made a big difference! Suite müsste sicherlich mal etwas renoviert werden (Tapete im Bad löst sich an vielen Stellen und die Silikonfugen müssen erneuert werden), aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau. Super freundliches Personal. Einziger Kritikpunkt: keine Verdunklung im Schlafzimmer durch einen tiefliegenden Balkon, der nicht abgedunkelt ist. Es waren dadurch kurze Nächte im Sommer. Gute Lage um Rostock/ Warnemünde zu erkunden."

"Because I left very early for the ferry the staff had made a lovely vegetarian breakfast for me to take away. There are lockable fridge locker and a kitchen area with sink and microwave. I emailed the hotel 48 hours before I arrived to make the request and the breakfast was in the fridge the evening before I left. Excellent for a stopover."
