The hotel is close to transportation and very quiet and clean with good service. Only a few minutes with the tram to the city center.

I arrived and required change to pay my taxi, staff changed €100 note for me, later gave me directions to a local bank so I could refill my wallet. Even though the hotel is near the train station the hotel is very very quiet, one of the best sleeps I have ever had. Make sure to set your alarm as you will oversleep if you don’t.

Lovely room, well placed hotel

Lovely sized room with a fridge, safe and nicely sized bathroom. It was perfect for my trip and right next door to the train station and a short walk to the gig venue.

Next to the train station, good room but hard to get the temperature comfortable. Bar was closed, but there was a vending machine with beer.

well really disapointed ..we stayed 4 nights you advertised a Restaurant & Bar neither was open during our stay ..but you had 3 staff on reception doing nothing ! asked for room to be cleaned twice & wasnt done ..apart from that the Breakfast was good & location

I liked it being next to the Bahnhof. I used the 9 Euro ticket to explore Sassnitz, Stralsund, Wismar and Warnemünde. And of course Rostock itself. And i liked the "all public transportation" card for my stay. I liked it a lot, because my stay went beyond the 9 Euro August cutoff.

Very convenient hotel next to the train station in rostock. No issues with the hotel but outside is currently building works and there was constant loud noise outside day and night. Luckily i have earplugs but i wouldnt of been able to sleep without

This hotel is facing the plaza outside Rostock train station. I was traveling from Berlin to get on a cruise ship the following day and found it to be an extremely convenient location to spend the night before my cruise. There are several coffee shops nearby and the historic town is a twenty minute walk. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was comfortable and had a large window the could be opened

Good standard hotel convenient for rail station.

Good standard hotel next to train station which was brilliant as we were travelling on public transport. Very clean. Rooms had everything we needed (except for a kettle, but it appears this is not standard for German hotels). Friendly, polite and helpful staff. Check out at noon which is helpful. Bed too hard for my liking and uncomfortable; I was surprised as other places we stayed at in Germany had lovely soft mattresses.

I guess this has to do with the local work hours, there is no food service at this hotel. No service on the bar area on Sunday. Room key card is not working on the first try and need to try few times before working. Per the reception instructions need to place the key card few cm away from the reader to make it works😂😂 Room and Beds so small even for small person like me and how does this fit for taller folks🤔🤔🤔 Anyway this is a good location for new traveler to Rostock cause it’s next the the train station 🚉 no need to get taxis.

Clean hotel without AC

Clean and nice hotel next to the railway station. You get a free ticket to the tram - excellent! However, this hotel doesn’t have AC in the rooms and with that comes warm rooms at night. There were two portable fans which helps a little. Good beds on the harder side but we don’t mind that. The mini fridge didn’t work in our room, they are about to change all fridges. We could borrow cooling bags to our cooling box. The woman in reception was totally new and was dependent of her colleague. Very friendly but very insecure, did her best. Have stayed here before but in wintertime. Then you don’t mind the lack of AC. The hotel has a parking and it as free right now due to road work outside the hotel.

We visited in August. There was no air conditioning. They gave us a desk fan which I thought was a joke. The room temp was so unbearable we couldnt sleep. We tried to open a window and it ooened one inch. No food choices avail in the area or delivery.The only avail beverage there was h20 soda beer or liquor... no ice! There was a pastry store next door but the pastries were in a case with the door left open with flys all over them. How unsanitary. The front desk clerk A. Roth knew english to take my card but after that she had a blank stare and said sorry for all our problems. Severely bad experience. Do NOT book there.
