"Everything is excellent except the view through the window. Although the apartment is on the first floor, but it is at the street level, and people walk past can see into the apartment. "

"Yes, the room was clean and bed was comfortable , short walk to basically everything including restaurants , the pier , Salamanca markets & shopping , the staff were ALL friendly and accomodating ( special shout out to Ben , Lawrence & Annish Breakfast was great but the coffee was even better made by Tim ! "Convict Cottage is superb with plenty of air space and a private terrace with direct view to the top of Mount Wellington. Quiet, no noise from the street. Good service. "

"The room was very clean, we were upgraded to a harbour view with a nice outlook. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfasts and dinner at the hotel restaurant, Tesoro, was excellent. Location was fantastic, near the piers, Salamanca, city, and ferry and bus services."

"Nicely equipped room, with small kitchen area that enabled me to have some meals in the room. I particularly liked that in addition to a pod coffee maker, it also had a milk frother so I could make coffees with milk. Washing machine and dryer were handy. Salamanca Place is literally a minutes walk. Reception is at the Lenna next door and staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again. "
