"I can’t say enough good things about The Inn At Warner Hall. The staff, the rooms, the food, the scenery - we spent 3 nights for a getaway and didn’t want to leave. We’re already trying to find the next time we can go for a night!"

"We purchased an extra night so that we could sleep in the hotel room when we arrived after a 10 hour drive through the night with no sleep and 2 kids. Upon arrival the front desk staff (who was so rude and not accommodating at all) told us our reservation had been cancelled. We had to pay for service for both nights even though we didn’t get to stay at the hotel at all. We were then forced to purchase a different hotel across the street so that we could finally sleep. "Had to turn the water off while showering because it wouldn’t drain and would overflow the pan. Hotel appeared to be under renovations? Outlets didn’t work in the room. Staff tried to be helpful, but I got the feeling management was just trying to do cheap repairs and nothing really worked. Housekeeping was sub par. People serving breakfast were kind."

"This is a very basic stay. Room was relatively clean; however, there was no hot or warm water - staff never told us upon check-in even though we found out a pipe burst a few days prior and it hadn't been repaired. Curtains didn't open or close, air system was difficult to adjust, and the walls are extremely thin so you can hear everything outside your door. Prior to booking or staying, I recommend asking when the room was previously stayed in and whether there are any issues."

"There was drywall in the pool from the hole in the ceiling, there was hair all around the bathroom, stains on the mattress, holes in the walls, and I had to clean the surfaces. The staff was great, the space was nice, it was just neglected old doesn’t have to mean dirty. "

"The breakfast was ok. Eggs, bacon,sausage sometimes biscuits. No potatoes or grits. Cereals, muffins and bread for toast. Juice, coffee and yogurt. The coffee was very weak to the point that I could taste the cream over the coffee even after a staff member changed it. Otherwise it was ok."

"It is a great hotel for families with children. We stayed there a few days and had a pleasant experience. The hotel has an indoor and outdoor pool, and we took advantage of a summer weather and used the outdoor pool. The hotel is near the Colonial Williamsburg and Jamestown. We used the EV charging station at the hotel to get to points of interest. "

"Nice clean hotel with a friendly staff and great breakfast! Quiet rooms!"

"Had to ask on day 3 for someone to bring clean towels and empty trash. That was the only day the room was serviced. Our room smelled like a wet dog. The staff was very nice. I dont know if they lack in staff but there hospitality part is lacking severely!"

"The location was great, and the staff was wonderful. We used the indoor pool, which was a lot of fun for the kids after a long day of touring. The breakfast was nice. The rooms were comfortable, but maybe a little smaller than I expected. Parking was plentiful and convenient."
