The room was large and clean. The hotel is in walking distance to the Captain George seafood buffet and the shopping outlet. There are a number of restaurants within a 5-minute drive. Also, a short drive to Busch Gardens!!

The staff was polite, friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean, i would just pay attention to the pool areas need some tlc. Over all everything was good ill be back to this area for sure.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean. Towels were very soft. Pillows were not the normal cheap hotel flimsy pillows. Unfortunately, it was very noisy. You could hear everything - like the walls were paper thin. The bathroom door did not shut. The heating system was very loud but worked great. The 'blackout' curtains ended about 3 feet from the floor so light flowed in. It was okay for a quick stay.

We booked three rooms for only one night to break up our trip to the Outer Banks. I loved the size of the rooms and the fact that there were no carpets due to dust mite allergy. The breakfast had a great assortment of choices for everyone. The staff is friendly, professional and took pride in their work. I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel itself in process of renovation. Dining room and pool areas still closed but lobby and rooms are all brand new and beautiful. Staff unbelievably courteous and kind and friendly. Thank you for a great stay!

The rooms are ok. I wish they had a keurig for coffee. Our first night we had to switch rooms because the toilet wouldnt flush. The hallway is super loud, you can hear everyone. The staff were friendly. The tv is hard to figure out.

Good choice

I was very pleased with my stay. This hotel is going a good job at their updating and renovation project. The room was clean. Refrigerator microwave. Hopefully a coffee machine soon. This hotel has a good future with its upcoming restaurant & additional meeting spaces. Staff was very nice. Wish you the best! Will consider you again. Blessings.

To be honest there were a few issues in the beginning... BUT they were readily resolved. They are making renovations daily for the better. It was clean and good location. A great lady named Sherry- could NOT have for anyone nicer or accommodating. The indoor pool was not open due to waiting on inspection, but probably is by now. I will stay there again in the future.

So i came back to thos hotel becaur it truly is nice bug qasnt worth stay by tome i got to my room as i booked on this app had conf # and receipt and even tho guy at desk knows me and knows i paud he woukdnt let me check in becaude hitels.com booked thru erd party and they hadnt paid theu yet..i just feel thaf shoukdnt have been put on me , ubwas upsdt becaur i went becaudse i needed a good realx nute and wanted ti enjoy their amaxxing bed , and the indoor pool and couldnt do either, they apoarently had 1e othwr ppl this happen to on wknd and i guess i was used ti make an example to the co , ghe hotel is very nice , staff is great justvwsnt to make pll aware this can happen it was awful and i had to pay for room in cash as well n then sownd 4 hrs online and phone tryn to straighten it out myself
