"Hampton Inns are our go to hotels. Always clean, courteous staff and good breakfasts. The location of this Hampton had a bit of traffic noise because of the busy road in front of it. If our room would have been in the back of the hotel, I’m sure the noise level would have been much less. "

"We were greeted at the front door by a very gracious lady who showed us where everything was and ended at our room. The room, though not large, was very comfortable and clean and certainly big enough for the two of us. We loved that it was across the street from William & Mary University and went for a walk on campus. Best of all it was a few blocks from Colonial Williamsburg and we could walk there & back. "Check in was a wait. Everytime I came down to the lobby there was always a line of people waiting. The AC unit only kept the bedroom cool. The living room where my child slept was hot the whole time. The beds could have been more comfortable. The ice machines were not working. We found a least 4 that were out of order near our room. "Great location for frequent trips to Busch Gardens and Water Country, and the onsite amenities are fantastic and enough to keep you at the resort if that’s your preference. I loved having multiple rooms, bathrooms, and a full kitchen. It truly felt like a home away from home and made it an easy trip with kids."
