"Normally a very good hotel.
Currently had an extension being built. So plenty of daytime noise. Had a broken shower that I’ve been informed will get fixed. However my main concern/problem was a member of staff called Lilac (or some similar). Rude just doesn’t cut it. Repeatedly interrupted her colleague at time of check in. "Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room we had (family room) was tired and well used.
Poorly set out, occupants of the double room had to go through the twin room to access the bath room.
Unfortunately very noisy hot and smelly due the kitchen extractor fan located outside the bedroom window.
Breakfast although served by helpful waitress was poor, I x small rasher of bacon, a small what looked like and tasted like cheap brand sausage.
Toast was thin tasteless cheap (45p) supermarket...
