"Our room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. The drawers were unusable due to visible dust and hairs, and we had to clean the tables and nightstands ourselves. The bathroom was missing several towels, had no foot mat, and offered no body lotion or basic body care items, which was disappointing given the hotel’s price point. Throughout our stay, there was a persistent smell of cooking oil and food that permeated both the lobby and our room. The hotel attempts to mask this with a strong scent...

"Awesome choice!!! This was a really amazing boutique like hotel. Comfortable room, blackout curtains in case you want to sleep in. The staff were genuinely kind and made you feel welcome. Sundays several people congregated in the lounge areas as there was plenty of seating available. Taco restaurant on site for late nite snacks. The whole place was a vibe in itself.. I didn’t rent a car so most everything was walkable distance, restaurants the riverwalk etc…."

"The single biggest issue by far was the noise. I had read other reviews mentioning it and assumed it was typical downtown city feedback, but I was wrong. This was easily the loudest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The windows are clearly not double-glazed, and the non-stop sirens throughout the night made it completely impossible to get any rest. At night, it literally feels as if the entire lively street is inside your room. A comfortable bed doesn't mean much when you can't sleep. The rooms...
