"We enjoyed our stay from the moment we entered. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Our only disappointment was not being able to use the jacuzzi. It was 9 PM and we couldn’t find the on switch so I asked a staff member in the fitness room and was told it wouldn’t work because it was too close to the 10PM closing time. This was very disappointing as we were wanting to use it to unwind from the day."

"We were welcomed by Enrica as she organized our taxi’s to and from the place. She was there for our arrival and departure to answer any questions. Room was perfect was for our overnight stay and we enjoyed the beach after the 35 minute walk. Breakfast was a simple snack to start us off. "

"The Tiber is a great hotel for the price and location. At times the staff were moody and not very friendly and sometimes they were very nice. The food at the restaurantI was good and drinks are good. I don’t like the fact that they charge for everything such as coffee and water. They charge you for the coffee pods. They provided water the first night of our stay and thereafter you have to buy from the vending machine. Inadvertently I left my credit card inside the vending machine. CC slot and...

"Don’t book airport transfers thru hotel. Guy shows up in the morning charges more than told by hotel and shows up in a small. Car with other passengers and you hold you luggage on your lap. Girl at check in amazing. Great onsite restaurant air conditioning great. Recommend except for air port transfers"

"Best hotel experience in Italy! The staff, room and amenities, hotel seating outside, the breakfast - all were excellent! Convenient location to the airport, we walked to the beach area and to the canal. Olympic Park is close by and we have lunch there at the cafeteria and enjoyed 2 different restaurants for dinners. We used the hotel shuttle for transportation to the airport. Highly recommend this hotel!"
