"Lovely place to stay in Rome. Short walk from Rome Termini station and Piazza Spagna subway. Nice to be by the Borghese Villa and its associated park. Giorgio was an outstanding host - thoughtful, attentive and makes great scrambled eggs!! Ask him about his family's restaurant - Hostaria Romana - which is excellent. Overall, very highly recommended!"

"Excellent location and host communication, but major cleanliness issues. The check-in was smooth and seamless, and we loved the self-check-in, especially arriving late from Cinque Terre around midnight. Instructions to find it were great. The host was very responsive, and the location near the station was extremely convenient. Unfortunately, our disappointment was the cleanliness and lack of amenities. When we walked in, long black hair was all over the floor, which looked to be unvacuumed and...

"Es super centrico fácil acceso para llegar a cualquier sitio turistico, francesca la de la reception super atenta explica muy bien todas la reglas del lugar"

"The hotel is very clean and suited our needs. It is a small basic room with a tv and small bathroom. It had a/c but you cannot adjust the temperature. It is located within walking distance to restaurants and the coliseum. The front desk is staffed 24 hours and the staff are very friendly and helpful with directions and suggestions. We especially liked the breakfast offerings which included meats cheese eggs pastries pancakes fruit toast oatmeal and beverages. All that you need to start the...

"This property was decent for the money and the staff was very helpful with all of our requests. However it is not in a typical Travestere neighborhood but rather on a Main Street. Rooms were decent/clean very small but the common areas outside of the suites and downstairs at front entry were not well kept. Elevator/lift very small one person with suitcase at a time"

"From the moment I booked this place, Enrico was incredibly responsive & helpful, telling me how to get there on the public transit bus from FCO terminal 1, greeting me as I arrived in the dark in the rain, pointing me to good local restaurants (a great one right across the street). The room was huge, clean, quiet, and with great AC. I will 110% ONLY stay here from now on, when having to overnight at FCO. Enrico could not have been more helpful, reassuring and welcoming. You can NOT go wrong...

"Nice place, a short walk from the Rome central train station. The room was small, but good enough for a couple of nights sleep. The staff were extremely helpful. There is no breakfast included, but many excellent places to eat right around the block. A perfect place for a few nights in Rome."
