No housekeeping for 2 days; had to request then when she arrived she knocked, waited a few seconds, then entered as we were trying to get to the door. She...

"Friendly staff, room cleaning could have been better. Last two days of our stay there was no room cleaning performed. Did not know about the parking fees at the resort until we arrived. I may have overlooked that while reviewing the property while booking."

"Great super clean resort. Room was beautiful. Not on the main Key West strip, but hourly shuttle that drops you off right there. Only issue was the lack of water pressure. Resort is becoming a Hilton property in a few months."
