"This is a Mom and Pop type establishment and the ownera are the sweetest people. This is definitely an economic stay and don’t expect all the extras. But what you can expect is great service, a central location, and if you want to snorkel or go diving the take off is in your backyard. We enjoyed our stay."

"It was ok for the a lot of money. Housekeeping was hard to find for extra toiletries, however, front desk responsive. Restaurant on premises was terrible. Chicken walk for lunch is very good. Pool gets crowded. Best person working there is waiter and entertainer Gabriel, he is a true gem!"

"Breakfast was very good, fresh fruit, waffles cereal toast etc. The Starbuck's coffee machine was wonderful to have on the premises. The happy hour was great, wine and snacks every day at 5:00. "

"Pros: central location, close to shops, beaches, food, parking etc; multiple pools open all day; secluded pool area so you can relax without feeling like the world is watching; pretty cheap for KW; personal storage closets that lock with keycard Cons: not the most extravagant place, pretty mid; breakfast is not worth eating; we had some loud neighbors that woke us up at 4am one night as the walls are thin"

"Clean room and friendly staff that checks in with you. Pretty view across the street. Fun lawn games and two big pools. The only negative was that the grassy area and one of the bars was closed for construction."

"We really enjoyed staying at this property. They had a shuttle that made it very convenient to be able to go downtown and get picked up from downtown and come back to the hotel. We flew in, we never needed a car.We stayed there five days and four nights and really liked the property.And the staff and the rooms were nice.The pool was nice and again.The shuttle to go downtown and be picked up and come back with awesome and shuttle to the airport"

"Great location. Had to call on several occasions to get our room cleaned. Still was not cleaned real well, dirty floors etc... Pool did not seem clean to me"

"Great location to harbor, shopping, restaurants. Adequate continental breakfast & fruit available but no coffee or tea service offered after 10 am. Nice pool with towels & outdoor sitting areas. Friendly staff but not intrusive. Via Expedia, we booked a king bed suite. Our area happened to be room #16 at the end of Heron Court. Nice for privacy and access to pool but did not expect that the bedroom & bath would be upstairs in a loft area. Stairs were very steep and loft and bath area...
