Hotel Dekat Robinson Crusoe Island

"We were created by a young man directly in front of the hotel. He gave us the information we needed as far as checking in, where to park the car. They allowed us 30 minutes to get checked in and move the across the street to the parking garage. The hotel rooms were very large and very clean. It has a rooftop bar with plenty of seating inside and outside. A great view of the river. All of the staff was very friendly. I like that the front desk called and checked to make sure we were ok and...

"It's a nice location. One of the only 2 elevators were broken creating long waits. Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was not good at all."

"Parking was convenient and easy, breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great. Orphuem theater, beale street and the two stadiums are all within walking distance. The hotel gives you ear plugs ifvyou happen to be in rooms on the exterior close to beale street they work great. I never lost any sleep, and enjoyed the great music from next door while I was awake, when in the room orcthe hotel plaza."

"Lack of refrigerator did not help given 90 F heat. Valet packing was troublesome as the valet forgot to turn off brakes. Other than that, it is a pretty nice place to stay for a night"

"Communication great, received messages about how to get in for my stay. Room clean tidy and had everything I needed for my stay. Was very grateful for the water when I arrived and appreciated the snacks that were left. Washing machine tumble dryer and ice machine available in out building. Lovely big tv and loved being able to play records when I arrived and getting packed to leave. Great stay!"
