"The property was super clean and in a convenient location! The front desk staff were so nice and helpful. Lunesia was the front desk receptionist that checked us in. She was so kind and genuine! She waived the early check in fee so we could park and walk over to Beale St. I high recommend this hotel if you are heading to Memphis. Lunesia was the best! "

"I ended up not staying because I didn't know about the 100,$, security deposit I had to pay before I can get a room, I was so sad when I went to check in and couldn't get my room because I didn't have the money.i didn't see nowhere in the app before booking that let me know this,I was so disappointed and embarrassed .it was a horrible experience for me.so I lost all ways."

"Convenient to walk across the street to FedEx Forum. Rooms dated and given a room adjacent to the elevator shaft. Could hear every time the elevator passed our floor. Booked a two queen room but was given a one king with a pull out sofa bed instead. Checking in with the Bonvoy app was basically useless as I still had to stop by the front desk for room keys. "
