"We were created by a young man directly in front of the hotel. He gave us the information we needed as far as checking in, where to park the car. They allowed us 30 minutes to get checked in and move the across the street to the parking garage. The hotel rooms were very large and very clean. It has a rooftop bar with plenty of seating inside and outside. A great view of the river. All of the staff was very friendly. "At the time of check in, we were asked if we had a pet and we said NO. We were tired from our travel and went to the room for a good night sleep. I mentioned to my wife about some smell and she said it might be from cleaning. Next morning when we woke with smell and noice of dogs in the hallway, we realized that we were given pet friendly room on the second floor that is only for those who have pets. The size of the dogs was no limit and the noice in early morning was too loud. So much for...
