"Nice Lounge area to relax"

"Overall, this hotel is okay for a one-night stay, but I would not recommend it for a longer stay. The biggest issue was the room cleanliness. We found hair in the room and in other areas, and the floors and sofas did not appear to be well maintained. Housekeeping standards could definitely be improved. "this is a dingy motel along a busy street- not a place for pedestrians, cleanfreaks, or for anyone looking for a decent restaurant. The bed and bathroom were fine, though, and the front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Catch the 330 bus on Mannheim for a $2, 30-minute ride to O'Hare."

"Probably one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. When entering the room the floors were very dirty. Windows broken. Holes in the walls. Fire alarm doesn’t work and is just hanging from the ceiling. Semen on the walls, when asked if we could get that cleaned up, the front desk guy came down with a spray bottle, wiped it a little and stated they will finish cleaning once we check out. We asked for a different room and were denied. We asked for more towels and we were told that we must return...

"Management is terrible. The lady that was there when I checked in (said she was the manager) was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. Location feels unsafe. Furniture was outdated and unstable. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND."
