"We really loved our stay at this place. Very calm and quiet.The reception is very welcoming. I think The hotel is newly renovated so it is very clean and well kept. room and a kitchen equipped with almost all the essentials(fridge,hob,microwave,plates and cutleries). A supermarket just beside the building. Tram going to the city center and train going around cote d azur(3-5mins walk) very nice! +++ the hotel has a pool.. being a shared hotel and senior residence doesn't bother and we even did...

"This booking was a disaster. The garage entry fob did not work. When we arrived to the unlocked room, the linens were hanging and drying at the front door and the patio. The electrical box in the apartment was opened, and a sharp metal strip wasdangling from the bedroom wall. We requested a room for four people and two beds. We received a queen bed and a futon that one toddler could sleep on. At this point, we requested a refund from the owner, to which he agreed. We immediately returned...

"Overall we had a good and comfortable stay. The room had everything we needed. The hallway carpet needs to be replaced. It has ugly stains all over. The room itself was clean. Convenient location. The construction across the street didn't bother us because our room was facing the courtyard. Would stay there again. "
