The property is a little off the beaten path, so it is a walk to get to the main shopping and dining area. We enjoyed our stay though and found the staff super helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with a variety of standard offerings.

This is the hidden gem of the city of Sanremo. The property was amazing. Breakfast was great and full of options. The staff was great and helpful,specially Tiziana and Cedric.

We really liked this property. Friendly welcome. Nice room, fridge with water was welcome. We chose a room with a balcony and partial sea view - good view with sea in the distance. Free chilled bottle of Prosecco was a great start to the stay! 10 minutes walk to the train station made it very convenient for us. I would definitely book again.

Good hotel and restaurant

This is a nice hotel with a good restaurant (had an excellent steak). It is a mile walk to the center of Sanremo and thus the location is not ideal.

Villa Sylva is a lovely old property with a gracious golden-age vibe. Staff were helpful and our room was incredibly large and accomodating. Unfortunately, the spa was out of order at the time of our stay, so we weren't able to fully enjoy.

Massage was fair, hotel was very good for the budget. Breakfast was very adequate. Bicycles worked fine, and there is a very good devoted bike path that goes for miles. Enjoyed Flippers restaurant. We will go back!

Quiet charming hotel

Wonderful location - about 20-25min walk to the center of SanRemo, along the waterfront. Small beach nearby. Parking onsite. Great view from the room; AC working well; quiet good size bedroom and bathroom (updated). Good breakfast with delicious cappuccino! Great service with a smile. Old charming villa in a park with a roof terrace.

Summer family trip

This was the first location in a trip around Northern Italy. The rooms were fine, nicely decorated, and the staff changed the children's room from a double to a twin on arrival (although this had been requested previously). Balcony views on the front of the hotel are much better than the back of the hotel.

This is one of those places where you turn up and think, back in its heyday it must have been stunning. The staff are friendly and make a real effort. It’s still good value and once it’s had a lick of paint and a little fixing it will be wonderful

Good hotell just outside the city center.

Nice hotell in good location. Apx 15-20. min walk to the city senter. Good quality all over - breakfast ok, a litle booring. Iset the wellnes senter. This was ok after some days walking on hard surface.
