"We booked this hotel late in the evening after a day of delayed flights and our original accommodations elsewhere were bust. The staff was wonderful. Lobby, hallways, vending area, elevators etc were all very well lit, organized and inviting. Room was clean and the bed and linens were extremely comfy. Since we checked in close to midnight we asked if there was any possibility of a late check out and we were accommodated far more than expected. We will hands down book this hotel next time we are...

There's nothing around the area. In terms of safety, it is not gated thus anyone could just come right to your step and break in. No room service. Simple amenities. "Hotel is undergoing renovation; the room was clean and comfortable. Television worked for 15 minutes after I retrieved a missing remote control from the front desk; WIFI worked; pool was closed (construction). All services were provided from staff including transportation to the airport at 3am with professional courtesy and quick solution. It will be interesting to see the changes the next time I visit."

"The room was not the room I booked. It was supposed to be a queen suite with a pull out sofa bed. It turned out to be a double bed with a couch. The room was dirty and the bathroom had damage to the wall. We cancelled the reservation at the desk. "
