Hotel was lovely and clean. Front desk staff were very accommodating. Only negative I’d say was the only staff in the Apollo lounge Christmas night was overwhelmed with orders, we waited 1 hour at least for a sandwich, she was surly and unhappy to be working, she should have had additional staff to help her, it was a very uncomfortable situation.
