"Check in was at 4pm but our room wasn't ready until 5 because " they didn't have any housekeeping." Then we asked for a physical key and digital key, the front desk attendant said we could have both and they would both work, turns out he deactivated my digital key, and when I went back down to ask him to reactivate it he deactivated our physical key. Would not recommend staying here."

"I booked this hotel based on its high rating and numerous reviews describing it as exceptionally clean. Unfortunately, my experience was very different. Upon arrival, the room and common areas appeared poorly maintained. There were noticeable odors, stains, worn bedding, and debris in hallways that did not appear to have been properly cleaned. The bathroom exhaust fan was also not working. I immediately brought my concerns to the front desk and requested a different room. Staff showed me another room, but it was in worse condition than the first. I was then told that additional cleaning would be performed the following day; however, that never happened. I appreciate that the front desk staff attempted to offer another room, but the cleanliness issues remained unresolved during my stay. What disappointed me most was that the condition of the property did not match the expectations created by the listing and reviews. I understand that hotels can have occasional issues, but I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance. Based on my experience, I would not choose to stay at this property again."

"Overall, our stay at Eurostars Hotel was pleasant, and the staff was courteous and accommodating. However, we experienced an issue with the room doors. Our initial room had a door that did not appear to close properly, leaving a noticeable gap that allowed conversations and other sounds from inside the room to be heard from the hallway. This became apparent when someone outside the room was able to hear activity inside and came to our door. The staff promptly moved us to another room, but we encountered the same issue, with an even larger gap around the door. We were informed that all rooms on that side of the hotel have similar door gaps and that no other rooms were available for relocation. While we appreciated the staff’s efforts to address our concerns, the lack of privacy caused by the door condition negatively impacted our stay."
