"I love the property, it was very beautiful and clean. The Resturant was amazing, rooms updated and nice and location amazing. Would definitely stay again. "First time guest. Was there for work, then shifted to vacation mode. Was told that the lobby area was recently renovated and it was a good collaborative space. The stay as a whole was average. Front desk staff was polite. A lot of attitude from others. Beds in the standard double bed room were too small for a couple to share. Mattress was decent. Pillows were too soft. "Friendly and clean room"

"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! I had the unfortunate incident of grazing against it twice wand caused a cut both times. I’ve mentioned to the front desk and the lady apologised and said she will notify the management about it. "This isnt a great hotel to stay at. The rooms are deceivingly small. They post spacious rooms for the regular king rooms making you believe they are bigger than they really are, the room is very small. Confined to the perimeter of the bed area. They give 2 free water bottles the rest are $3 each afterwards unless you join some honors program which requires membership. Snacks in the lobby are literally $5 each which is ridiculous for small bag of potato chips. Breakfast is mediocre and expensive,...

"Great location, close to Times Square, broadway, etc. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. It was so easy to check our bags before and AFTER we checked out so we could explore the city with ease. Breakfast was great and it was a nice relaxing oasis in between the hustle and bustle of the city"

"Perfect if you are spending the day out ad the rooms are functionaly just for speeoing and showering. Clean, great staff and great location. Amenities are basci: a tissue box would be a welcomed addition!"

The properties are newly renovated, great staff, rooms are tasteful, minimal but adequate (although if you like a spacious bathroom or a good, hard mattress you might look at other options).
