"Jazzy was very sweet and made check in easy. Breakfast was great with many options. We enjoyed the swimming area. Our only complaint was the bathroom. There was a cracked tile that was exactly where you had to walk through the bathroom and our shower needed to seriously be clean due to the red slim on the floor and build up on the side of the shower. Staff was notified of this upon checkout. I was told that the tile was getting fixed after we checked out and nothing was said about the bathroom."

"the parking situation isn’t great. the chlorine from the pool will knock you out as soon as you step out of your car. for a budget stay this hotel isn’t bad but the exposed wires hanging from the ceiling and the beds being massively uncomfortable is a do not return for me."

"Property was in a great location. Close to everything but tucked away from the noise and traffic. Front desk was courteous and helpful, asked for more towels and pillows, the response was fast and friendly. This has become hotel of choice for our Dollywood visits."

"Cabin was very cute and as listed. However…the main bath shower was so moldy, I couldn’t shower in there. The upstairs bath shower only had some mold-still disgusting. I had to complete an exit survey and explained my concerns. There has been no response. I have pictures and video of the mold. For that very high price (over $800) for 2 days, I am very unhappy."

"For the money, this place was exceptional. Decor in the lobby was warm and inviting. The room decor was tasteful and felt more plush than a typical chain hotel at the same price point. The highlight, of course, was the pool complex: the outdoor lazy river was super warm, which I loved. My children liked the outdoor slide and big pool. We all enjoyed the heated (comfortable enough but not warm) indoor pool and the hot tub. Breakfast was adequate (the cinnamon rolls were a hit!). The selection...

"Ac worked but only the temperature selection the speed was preset to the highest and wouldn't change. The room was so humid that with the ac blasting it felt like a rainy winter or fall day in the room. The hair dryer wouldn't turn off and was never than the air flow on the AC When I tried to check out there was no one at the desk and no one showed up when you rang the bell."

"My husband and I celebrated our anniversary and had an amazing time. Absolutely loved the view from our room. Nice pool and hot tub. The view of the giant Ferris wheel at night was our highlight of our trip. Highly recommend"
