"Lovely staff , but extra charges on arrival for parking that wasn’t informed about on booking,, breakfast isn’t free it’s included in fee if chosen . Nice room but not as nice as visit 2 years prior"

"everything was so nice! i felt so safe and cozy as a solo traveler here. i wish there were fridges but did just fine without one! they had little snacks in a vending machine, tea/hot drinks 24/7, and a lovely staff. location was super convenient and i felt right at home! i will be staying here next time i’m in town. thank you all!"

"The only downside to the hotel is the lack of parking. Whilst you can pre-book reserved parking at the railway station it's a 5 minute walk away, so not ideal with luggage, particularly if it's raining. However, that won't put me off staying again as everything else about it is wonderful! Our room, which was an executive king size, was lovely and big and the bed was very comfortable and much bigger than our king size bed! "Great staff especially super helpful Electra on front desk. Nice comfortable spacious bedroom. Breakfast varied and copious. Useful bar nice for her quick beer after walking along the Thames. Parking on site, if you can secure it."

"The place was very enjoyable. The area around the bar, Hotel was very safe and had a lot of small restaurants to eat at. The staff and the food were excellent. A short cab ride to Piccadilly Circle for all kinds of awesome shopping. We had a double room. Keep in mind rooms in England are not that large. The bathroom was excellent. I highly recommend this boutique hotel experience!"

"Quirky but lovely old building that puts the modern, often soulless chain of hotels to shame. Our room was clean and packed with amenities. The staff were highly professional and attentive at all times. The Melody restaurant was great and the portion sizes were large! The whisky bar had an incredible range to choose from but could be dangerous! We would definitely recommend this and we will be returning next time we visit London. "
