"Staff were very friendly & helpful. The room met basic requirements. It really needs a deep clean. No shower gel in the gel dispenser! Having paid for a garden view room, I only saw a slither of grass & a picnic table! Sleep disturbed due to noise by the electric towel rail in the bathroom because when I put it off at the main switch the noise stopped. Description on Expedia was better than reality."

"Returned to the same hotel the week after our first trip as its conveniently located near the train station. Breakfast is great with a good spread. The room allocated was at the very end thus dragging all our luggages was tricky. Those driving will need park elsewhere. "

"The room is absolutely fantastic. We stayed in the VIP room and had views of planes landing and would have to walk down the corridor to watch planes taking off. There are only 4 VIP rooms so it’s the luck of the draw what you get. The room is perfect, comfortable, clean, close to departures and literally perfect if you’re flying from the south terminal. "It was easy to book the accommodation at short notice; the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spotlessly clean and accessible without physical contact. There’s no breakfast provided, but there are plenty of options nearby. The location is great too, with good links to public transport and a very quiet setting. All in all: very good."

"water pressure is too low caused by the shower's problem. The shower room is open:- half by a rotating glass: seems dangerous to break the glass. opening shower space may feel a bit cold upon showing. Water will flow outside of the shower space when the drain pipe does not run well. Personally, shower room design is not perfect. Receptions and breakfast waiters served very well. Reception Nashid helped to change room twice to avoid the neighboring room made noises."

Despite turning the air on to the coldest possible setting in both rooms, the suite was incredibly hot. Not possible to open windows as they were locked shut. I got hardly any sleep as a result.
