"Where do I start The property was described as a studio. It stated that everyone in my party would be undestrurbed in the accomodation. This is untrue and breaches the trades description legislation The property has a shared kitchen with no privacy in it. "Great place to stay. Small kitchen and close to grocery stores. We were able to store our luggage while we travelled over to Paris for a few days. The fee was very reasonable. Front desk staff were helpful and kind. "

"The staff were quite courteous and amiable, always trying to go the extra mile for you. The hotel is modern, quiet and clean, and ideally located near many museums and restaurants, as well as public transport. The only experience that didn't match there rest of our stay was the breakfast, which lacked variety. "

"Amazing from the second we walked in! The staff were really friendly and attentive. The room was very elegant but stylish, with an incredibly comfortable bed (the pillows could be a bit more pluffy, but I’ll let them off). But the real thing that made the stay was the service. A phone call from the front desk after being in the room for 30 minutes making sure we settled in ok, turndown service in the evening so when we go back in after seeing a show the bed was ready for sleep with the curtains drawn and water bottles placed on the nightstands. These details made my partner and I feel really looked after and we would without a doubt stay again!"

Perfect Hotel!

"We had the most perfect stay at this hotel! On arrival and throughout the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always available if needed. The room was incredibly clean and exactly as expected, you could really tell it’s a newly renovated. The room had everything we needed and was cleaned daily, with new towels too. There was also a complimentary coffee machine for use in reception which was a nice touch. We would definitely recommend staying at Brit Hotels and will be back for sure!"
